Gotta be on my game...

In a manner of speaking.

We're having our first real board meeting for football tomorrow night. It means staying in town after work and, in fact, staying AT work, cuz that's where the meeting will be.

I need to get some agendas out, some financial info... Who was the brain-child that thought running two clubs in tandem was a good idea? Sheesh! It would be one thing if they didn't have parallel seasons! I suppose the good news, such that it is, is that doing for one reminds me that it needs to be done for the other!

Need to send myself a reminder to prop the door open (it automatically locks at 5p); order pizza; stop and get add'l beverages on my way to work. Oh. And stop at the local comeoffmeshop and buy a pound of ground coffee for my boyfriend. Hmmm...maybe I'll treat myself to a cup of hot chocolate and put it on his tab! After all, I deserve it!
