Lucky me.
It's a well known and, possibly, documented fact that I have control issues. The latest "incident"? Flyers were needed for all elementary schools regarding last chance to sign up for football. Two others, a husband and wife, actively involved in launching the football club offered to print the flyers at their offices. Uhhhh...o.k. I was VERY hesitant, but they insisted. I turned the project over to them, thinking it would be done on Friday. All four thousand, six hundred three flyers. I got a call on Friday afternoon telling me that there was no way they could print that many docs, so they took it to Staples and it would be ready on Saturday at 3p. Nobody remembered to go get it (I did, but it wasn't my project at that point). So, today, at 8:30 a message was left on my home phone. Flyers were ready, and in her trunk. Great. Bring them over and I'll start breaking them down for distribution to the schools. Ugh.
Had I done it? I would have set the copier to stop at 20 and made my sets from that point. The idea is that the schools are doing us a favor letting us distribute through them, so I'm not going to create work for the office staffs that is of no benefit to them.
Next time? Either someone else does the entire project or it will be done my way, even if that means doing it all myself.
Sometimes "help" is more work.

Fear not, it is just a "Martha"ism! Glad we aren't totally like "her" but a few of her traits aren't bad, right?
Did you get them all distributed? Call me if you need an extra pair of organized hands! :)
