Can you hear that?

It's the sound of quiet and calm!

Scooter was returned to his human at 7:00a today. About 30 minutes after he came in from "taking care of his business" and within 5 minutes of finishing his breakfast he crapped on the floor in the laundry room. Ugh!

The cats have freely roamed from room to room in their house. For the past week, one of them has barely come out of a bedroom. It's nice to see her again! All linoleum has been cleaned with amonia. All carpets have been sprinkled with a baking soda-based carpet freshener and will get vacuumed in a few minutes. The windows are open. People have walked past the house without me knowing it! No dogs have been on the couch, on the end table, down the hall, around the island in the kitchen, back on to the back of the couch and then across to the love seat in 3 seconds. I feel relieved.

But dang, when he wasn't spazzing out or shitting somewhere, he sure was cute and sweet.
