Routine...

The alarm clock went at 6:00. Really, 5:45...I set the clock fast so I can hit the "snooze" button. Spring Break is over. It was hard rolling out of the rack, well except that I had to pee, but once I got up and got the day started it was good to be back in the saddle. I've been to the gym, showered, put two loads of laundry in the washer and had breakfast.

Now I'm waiting for grandma. DH picked up g'ma (86) on Saturday so she could go with us to the Easter shindig yesterday. Out of convenience (read, so dh could drink wine at Easter dinner), I'm taking her home tomorrow. Don't get me wrong, I love grandma dearly. What I wanna know is WHY does she talk DURING t.v. shows? That's what commercials are for! Sheesh! I know she's lonely and glad to have people to talk TO, but when Desparate Housewives is on, shutcher damn cake hole!!!

I have a bunch of stuff on my 'to do' list for today. One thing I might need to add is "sit outside for a while". You see, for the first time since Thursday, I can see the sun! The best part is that its supposed to stick around until next Saturday. Of course. I was thinking of taking DS snow skiing on Sunday...gonna rain that day too. That means snow in the mountains. I've driven in enough snow, thankyouMassachusettsverymuch, and I don't enjoy skiing when it's cold and snowy. Maybe we'll have to go to the go-kart race place. It will be cheaper too.
