The timing of it just tickled my funny bone! I had just arrived at the home of my friend, S. He was once my boyfriend, ages ago. Now I'm helping him grieve the passing of his girlfriend of nearly 10 years by putting a photo album of her life together.

He shares my twisted sense of humor, and we had a good laugh before we got to the serious business ahead of us.
