I hope I can remember this forever...

The last Grandma standing is here. Sitting, actually! She's crocheting baby booties to sell at retail outlet that only sells stuff made by senior citizens. Her arthritic hands are working that needle and yarn, and she's telling tales from long ago. My darling boy decided to fix a cat toy, and then he decided he wanted to 'write' (not knowing it's called 'embroidery') "Hi" on a large satin-y ribbon. Seeing a great-grandma and her great-grandson doing hand-work side-by-side just warms my heart! I only wish I could have snagged the camera and captured it forever!
