I don't make New Year's resolutions...
And I'm not going to start.
However, there are places in my life that could stand improvement, and I will endeavor to make those improvements! My house is too cluttered/dirty to suit me; I'm behind on my own scrapbooking, and I want to make albums for my nieces and nephew; my scrapbooking business (if you can call it that) needs attentions; my soccer club duties have changed, and clean-up is needed there to pass it along; and the area of biggest concern is my body/health. I feel fine, but losing 50lbs and adopting better habits (like stop eating candy when I'm stressed) will go a long way towards aging healthfully.
So. I will start today with a shower, and getting fully dressed...down to my shoes. For breakfast, I will have oatmeal. I've heard that taking things one day at a time is a great way to reach your goals. I may need to break that down from 'one day' into smaller segments like 'one hour' or '15 minutes'.
I just need to get started.
